For a Municipal DROP OFF site that collects curbside recyclables or yard waste, enter the cost of:
Rents or Leases:
Costs of renting or leasing facilities or equipment, including vehicles, used for recycling.
Utilities:
Payments for electric, gas, telephone services, etc., including installation and equipment charges and energy costs used for recycling operations.
Repairs and Maintenance:
Payments to outside organizations for repairs and maintenance to facility and equipment.
Repairs and Maintenance Supplies:
Parts and supplies used for repairs and maintenance on equipment or facility.
Insurance:
Cost of liability or casualty insurance coverage directly allocable to recycling program. Do not include employee health/life insurance
Operating Supplies and Expenses:
Cost of supplies, other than office repair/maintenance supplies, consumed in th eoperation of a drop off center, including costs of fuel and oil for vehicles and equipment, and postage.
